Dr Ferrari Kwan

I initially joined the Queens Park family back in 2015, following directly from the completion of my GP training. I have always trained in the local area and understand the population needs well. Looking after my group of patients over the years has given me great job satisfaction.

My additional roles include being Clinical Lead for Hospital@Home Virtual Frailty Ward for our local GP Federation (HASH) and Out of Hospital Clinical Lead for North Tees and Hartlepool Foundation trust. The additional platforms allow me to influence and shape community services for our local population.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending a lot of time with my young children.  I also love to run long distances and have Marathon races on my bucket list.
