Queens Park Medical Centre is an accredited Veteran Friendly GP Practice.
We are proud to support the Armed Forces community – including veterans, reservists, serving personnel, and their families. Our practice is committed to the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, ensuring that anyone who serves or has served is not disadvantaged when accessing healthcare. Identifying Your Service
If you have served in the UK Armed Forces (Regular or Reserve), please let our reception or clinical team know. With your consent, we will add a code to your medical record to identify you as a veteran. This helps us to ensure that you receive the right support and, where appropriate, referral to specialist veteran services.
