Our online service allows you to:
- Order your repeat prescriptions
- Cancel an appointment
- Access to your medical record (test results, consultations, medical history, current and past medication)
- Review your medications and known allergies
Registering for online services
To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual access and ID code.
Please download the Online Services registration form here
You will need to bring the completed form into the surgery along with I.D. We can then issue you with a username and password that you can use immediately.
