Where possible, patients should attend the Practice.
However, if you are in a medical position where you are unable to do so, you should contact the surgery before 11:30am if possible on 01642 618170 where one of our trained Medical Receptionist will take information from you.
Requests for home visits are assessed by a Doctor who will then decide whether a home visit is appropriate.
