Behind every appointment, prescription request, phone call, online consultation and test result is a member of our team working hard to support our patients and keep services running as smoothly as possible.
We know that demand on general practice remains high, and we appreciate patients’ patience and understanding as our team continues to provide care to our practice population.
Thank you also to our patients who attend their appointments, cancel in good time when they no longer need them, and use the NHS App or online services where appropriate — this really helps us manage demand and make best use of available appointments.
