Important Update: Change to Our Online Consultation Service

We’ve recently moved from eConsult to SystmConnect for our online patient requests.

SystmConnect is fully integrated with our clinical system (SystmOne), making it quicker and easier for you to contact the practice and for our team to manage your request efficiently.

From now on, please use SystmConnect to:

Request medical advice or help with symptoms
Ask for fit notes (sick notes)
Make administrative requests (e.g. letters, forms, test results)

How to use SystmConnect:
Simply click the “Submit an online consultation” button on our homepage. You’ll be guided through a few quick questions so we can direct your request to the right member of our team.

Please note that eConsult is no longer in use and requests submitted through eConsult will not be received by the practice.

Thank you for your understanding as we make this change to improve the service and ensure your requests are handled more smoothly.
